Jiangsu Jiangheng Valves Co., Ltd. (hereinafter briefly called “Jiangheng Valves”), is founded based on the reorganization and reform of the former Funing Valves Plant. It’s an enterprise with new & advanced science and technologies, specializing in the research, manufacture and sales of the valves and pipeline’s accessories. At present, the Company has the fixed assets of over RMB 20 million Yuan, with 158 employees, including 2 senior engineers and 38 technicians. The total area of the Company is more than 20,000.00M2. In addition, the Company is equipped with over 200 sets of mechanical & testing equipments, so as to meet the requirements on manufacturing valves. The registered trade marks are “Sanling” and “SG”, which have passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System Authentication, the special equipment manufacturing license (AZ Authentication), API Authentication. Besides, the Company has also been the appointed manufacturer of the former Chemical Engineering Ministry and the Electromechanical Ministry. Now, it’s the grade-1 supplier of Sinopec and PetroChina, the member of Chinese Valves Association, and the member of China’s Power Generation Association, with the credit rating of AAA.
The products mainly includes the metal rigid-sealing ball valves, the steam dredging valve (with the max. displacement of 150T/h), the gate valves, the break valves, the check valves, the ball valves, the meter valves, the hydraulic valves and the pipeline's accessories, with the nominal pressure of 1.6-42.0MP, 150-2500Lb, the nominal pathway of 1-900mm, 1/2-36, and the applicable temperature of -196℃-650℃. The medium could be selected according to the different operating conditions, including the carbon-steel, the stainless steel, the anti-corrosion steel, the refractory steel, the alloy steel, the ultra-low-carbon steel, the dual phase steel, the titanium steel, the titanium products, the zirconium products, etc. In addition to abiding by the national and industrial standards, the products also satisfy the standards including ANSI, API, ASME, JIS, BS, DIN and ISO.
In order to meet the requirements of the clients both at home and abroad, since the 1970s, the Company has developed the needle-typed valves, the high-temperature & high-voltage valves for plant (J61Y Series), the bimetal valves, TB & XS Serial dredging valves, the bi-valve-seat revolving floating-ball dredging valve with patent (with the output of 150T/h at present), the metal rigid-sealing ball valves (fixed ball, floating ball and semi-sphere), the high-temperature & high-pressure direct-flowing break valves, the check valves and other products. The Company has supplied products for Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, Yanshan, Baling, Yangtze, South Chemical, Qilu, Anqing, Jilin Chemical, Zhenhai and other petrochemical companies. Besides, the company also supply the products for Bashan Steel, Meishan Steel, Daqing Oil Field, Liaohe Oil Field, Shengli Oil Field, Kalamayi Oil Field, Jiangsu Oil Field, China Aluminum Group and other important projects. The products are warmly welcomed by the clients.
